From inside the app

The fastest route. Open Settings in the app and send a support message. It reaches us directly, and if you include an email address we will reply to it. You do not need an account.

Write to partnerships@thearchv.ca with "App support" in the subject line. Say what happened and what device you are on, and we will get back to you.

Common questions

Where is my saved story? Saved stories live on your phone, in the Saved tab. They work offline. Deleting the app deletes them.

Why did I not get the daily push? Check the Daily Push toggle in the app's Settings, then your iPhone's notification settings for The ARCHV. We send at most one a day, so there is nothing else to miss.

Is any of this behind a paywall? No. The daily stories are free, there are no ads, and there is nothing to buy in the app.
