Manchester United have taken a real step for Manu Kone. United have agreed personal terms with the Roma midfielder and are preparing a first bid worth about 50 million euros. Fabrizio Romano's caution stands: there is no bid and no club-to-club talks with Roma yet, so nothing is done. Roma want about 60 million euros and need to sell to meet financial rules. The new threat is Al-Ahli of Saudi Arabia, who have opened talks with both Roma and Kone's camp. Chelsea and Arsenal are still watching.
