Newcastle United have passed £240m in player sales this summer, per Sky Sports, after a season that ended 12th in the Premier League.
The two largest are settled and agree across sources. Sandro Tonali joined Tottenham Hotspur for £100m and Bruno Guimaraes, the captain, joined Arsenal for £75m, both figures carried identically by Sky Sports and by ESPN's confirmed ins and outs, updated 17 August. Kieran Trippier left for Wolverhampton Wanderers on a free transfer.
One fee does not agree and is therefore not stated here. Anthony Gordon's move to Barcelona is reported at £60.5m by ESPN and £69.3m by Sky Sports. Two reputable providers, two numbers, so the transfer ships without one rather than with a figure this desk cannot stand behind.
