Who is on pole for the 2026 Dutch Grand Prix, and where does Max Verstappen start?

Lando Norris took pole position for the 2026 Dutch Grand Prix at Circuit Zandvoort on Saturday with a lap of 1:11.163. It was his 18th career pole and he beat George Russell to it by 0.102 seconds. Rain arrived during the third part of qualifying.
Andrea Kimi Antonelli qualified third, 0.133 off, with Oscar Piastri fourth at 0.142. Lewis Hamilton was fifth and Charles Leclerc sixth. Max Verstappen qualified seventh, 0.455 from pole, at the circuit where he has won more than anywhere else, and at the last Dutch Grand Prix on the Formula 1 calendar. Liam Lawson was eighth, Gabriel Bortoleto ninth and Arvid Lindblad tenth.
Russell had already won Saturday's sprint, by 1.360 seconds from Leclerc, with Norris third and Verstappen sixth. It was Zandvoort's first sprint weekend.
Antonelli leads the drivers' championship on 224 points after the sprint, 53 clear of Hamilton on 171 and 56 clear of Russell on 168. Leclerc is fourth on 145 and Norris fifth on 134. Verstappen is sixth on 112. Mercedes lead the constructors' championship on 392 from Ferrari on 316.
The race was scheduled for 3pm local time, which is 9am Eastern.
