Murray was hurt in the first quarter of the Week 1 win over the Green Bay Packers, when Packers safety Javon Bullard hit him late at the end of a slide, per NFL.com. Wentz came on and completed 12 of 19 passes for 133 yards and 3 touchdowns.
Penix misses a second straight game with a knee injury, per atlantafalcons.com and NFL.com. "I'm close. I'm working extremely hard," he told the club's website. The Falcons host the Carolina Panthers. Tua Tagovailoa is listed as doubtful with an oblique injury, so Cooper Rush starts for the second week running, per the Falcons and NFL.com.
Darnold was ruled out on Wednesday with a glute injury, per seahawks.com and NFL.com. Drew Lock starts for Seattle at the Arizona Cardinals.
Joe Burrow of the Cincinnati Bengals is not ruled out. He is listed as questionable with a back injury for the game at the Houston Texans, per NFL.com and CBS Sports. He practised in full on Friday, and head coach Zac Taylor said he is good to go. The report still says questionable.
