REPORTED, per Gianluca Di Marzio of Sky Sport Italia on 31 August 2026: Juventus have made an official offer of roughly a 2.5m euro loan fee with a 30m euro buy option, against a Manchester United valuation of 35m euros for the combined package. The move is conditional on Juventus first moving Jonathan David to Atletico Madrid. REPORTED, per Fabrizio Romano on 31 August 2026: Fiorentina had offered a 5m euro loan fee and the same 30m euro buy option, which adds up to the 35m euros Manchester United are asking, and Zirkzee turned it down. Simon Stone of the BBC then reported that move dead, with Fiorentina going to Beto instead. Manchester United signed Zirkzee from Bologna in July 2024, paying above his 40m euro release clause to spread the payments across three years, per ESPN and Sky Sports, on a contract to 2029 with an option for a further twelve months.
